“Documented on your IEP”?! It sounds like it might be time to request a meeting to modify the IEP. The IEP isn’t supposed to be a place where the school lists things they’re not going to do!
This would be covered by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). I googled allowing service dogs in private schools & found a # of articles.
