Miranda: So, among other things, my son came up for Re-evals. At the meeting, I signed Prior Written Notice for a handful of evals, including an Educational Eval (Woodcock, etc.). We recently had the followup meeting and their 60 days have passed. They never did the Educational Eval. Can they do that?
I did not sign PWN but the schools evlaluation consent form. If you signed something other than the consent form they can technically take forever to do the testing. You need to determine if you actually signed the consent form.
