AmyC: My child’s school altered my sons psychologist report for the CSE board to look complete by removing words and giving it to me as finished, even though the psychologist quit his job before it was done and emailed me to tell me that it was not complete. Isn’t this illegal?

Unprofessional maybe, illegal probably not. If you’re worried about the accuracy of the results, you do have a right to request a publicly-funded independent evaluation.
