Tina: I understand that peer grading is not a FERPA violation, however, is peer grading of modified work a violation because the student is being forced to hand over her modified work for a peer to grade? This is “identifying” this student as having a disability and the details of her classroom modifications to her classmates. Also, what about a teacher placing modified work in a folder mounted on the door where any student may see it?
Again, I have this put on my sons IEP. NO PEER GRADING.
