Nwilson: Is it ok for a child to be pulled out by a special ed aide from a CORE class to work on IEPs? I don’t understand this. I’m being told that’s the only way it can fit in the schedule. I’m the teacher and they are being pulled 2 x per week from my core class instead of a lab class. How can this help them? They missed 2 test reviews for a test we had at the end of the week.
This is an issue that school administrators need to get involved in. Hopefully they will work with you to the student’s & your needs, & obligations.
