Jean: I have read both the Florida rule (Fla. Rule 6A-6.0331.0
and the Federal Regulation and they seem to be at odds.
Florida – in there Rule give a different definition of a Calendar day. Is their rule legal per the Federal law?
What does it take for there to be a “reason to suspect” or “reason to believe” that a student is disabled and in need of special services?
