Alicia: My son will be six in February 2017. Where can I get help for him? He had an IEP and didn’t qualify but my son is so behind in his speech and learning and he’s in kindergarten and having problems catching up to grade level. He started misbehaving saying foul language, hitting me and refusing to do homework
