Anne: What can you do to prove that a school district of falsifying speech records? They are saying it is going more times then he actually is. How do I know this is because I ask my son every day if he went to speech and if he does, he tells me what he did that day. I have a spreadsheet of this.
I have same issue. My son is not enrolled so pathologist must travel 2 mi off campus to his daycare. So I know he was not seen for 10 months but when I went to his IEP there were falsified notes from that time period.
I know it is illegal, but I don’t know how to get it prosecuted.
