Robbin: My daughter is a senior this year. She failed her U.S.history test . She has a IEP ACCOMMODATION for dyslexia /reading comprehension disabilities. She is on the regular diploma. What are the laws on her retaking the test??? Does she have to retake it?
We don’t know what state you live in or your state rules about the impact of failing a test on graduation from HS.
