Jessica: I need some help on how to get my autistic nephew out a state hospital in Louisiana, where he is being abused, due to 0 social skills. He is 14 and has behavioral problems with the autism. So due to uneducated justice system and community here, they just sent my nephew to this horrible hospital, where he is getting worse, and is in fear of his life.
How can I file a formal complaint against the staff? Need legal help.
