Gelina: My Grandson is severe ADHD the teacher dumped his desk on the floor and then made him clean it up in front of his peers while yelling at him. What is his rights regarding this . He has an IEP and specialized reading class and speech classes.
Discipline: TEACHER DUMPING DESK OF ADHD CHILD FOR PUNISHMENT
My son has the same thing except she took apart his whole binder. She did this in front of the class which humiliated my son. She threw all of his papers at him. Teacher seems to hat my son for some reason.
