Tim: Do the regular education teachers have to provide evidence/documentation of accommodations/modifications for ESE students in their classroom in the state of FL?

Typically school attorneys say that this is good practice, regardless of what state rules say. You can get info about your state rules from your state parent information & training project, (http://www.parentcenterhub.org/find-your-center/)
