Oral Argument before the Supreme Court in Perez v. Sturgis Public Schools (01/19/23)On Thursday morning, Pete and Pam Wright went to the Supreme Court for oral argument in Perez v. Sturgis. Pete took notes about justices who seemed to be pro-child v pro-school. From the questions by the justices and their body language, we felt oral argument went well. Six justices appeared sympathetic to Miguel, one appeared to favor the school, and two were unclear.
