I’m not able to find the following answer in any of the documents on the site:
My 8th grade child was given a high school seat as a SWD student this September and his IEP review is this June. What will happen to his seat if his IEP changes before school starts and his incoming IEP indicates less than 20% of special education services? Will he lose his seat, and where will he be placed for 9th Grade?
