Join Pete Wright, Esq. and The Autism Resource Center of Central Massachusetts for this 6 hour Wrightslaw Special Education Law and Advocacy Training.

One-day special education law and advocacy programs focus on four areas:

* special education law, rights and responsibilities
* tests and measurements to measure progress & regression
* SMART IEPs
* introduction to tactics & strategies for effective advocacy

    Nevada Advocacy and Law Center . they could not help.

    I may need to home school.

  2. Is it possible that a child with special need will be wrongfully accused if he is not welcome in the classroom OR if certain class mates do not like this child . Let’s say the other classmates wrote a written statesmen to the sheriff’s dept. stating that he special needs child said he wanted to kill some one. The child with special need was not given the right to make a written statement.
    Or his witness .
