Tim: Must the reg. ed teacher that provide services in a support model sign stating that the received a copy of the IEP? Is this Fed or State or district requirement?

Federal rules say they must be informed of their responsibilities “related” to implementing the IEP, & the accommodations, modifications, & supports to be provided. How this is done is left to the state &/or the district.
I have it put in the IEP. I meet with my son’s GE teachers every year to go over and highlight the IEP so they know what goals they need to be aware of. I also talk with my son’s teachers at the beginning of the school year.
