IDEA 29004 through Wrightslaw is sponsored by the Family

Program
Description
You will learn about IDEA 2004, including new legal requirements for
initial evaluations and reevaluations, parental consent, IEP goals,
IEP teams, and how eligibility requirements changed for students with
specific learning disabilities.
You will learn about new procedural requirements and timelines, including
the Due Process Complaint Notice and Resolution (IEP)
Session.
You will also learn about NCLB requirements relating to research based
instruction, highly qualified teachers, new options for students who
attend struggling schools, how NCLB applies to children with disabilities.

will be in the Main Auditorium Foyer of the Church.
Lunch
is provided as part of your registration fee. If you wish
to get lunch on you own, you will find several restaurants on State
Road 70 on the left and right side of the road ¼ to 1 ½
