National Veterans and Military Family Month
 You receive help from many people every day — bus drivers, teachers, cafeteria workers — and they appreciate it when you say "thank you" for their help.
But there is one group of people you may not even think about thanking — the men and women in the military who serve all over the world.

Just in time for the holidays, the 200 letters and pictures you sent are already on their way to U.S. military personnel around the world.
In this issue of the Special Ed Advocate we say thank you to military family members for all that you do and all that you give. You will find information and resources to help when advocating for exceptional family members, and ways for everyone to say "thank you" to our troops.
