After you click on this link, click on the "More Information" link at the top of the page. According to this, the high school, middle school, and primary school all have school wide Title I programs. That means that all of NCLB applies to every part of these three schools. The Visions Unlimited Academy receives Title I funds for part of its program, but not for a school wide program. All of NCLB applies to the Title I program at the Visions Unlimited Academy, and some of NCLB applies to the rest of Visions Unlimited Academy. Let me know if you have more specific questions.
