Pete worked in Virginia&#8217;s juvenile justice system for 10 years prior to attending law school, first as a juvenile training school houseparent, living on-site. Later, Pete worked as a juvenile probation officer in Richmond, VA. In that capacity his caseload consisted of children living in housing projects who had committed major felonies. As an attorney, Pete specialized in representing those same children before the juvenile courts and in special education due process hearings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The two hour training is open to the public. Attorneys will receive CLE credits (2.0) which have been approved in more than 20 states, including California and New York. CLEs are pending in other states.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pete&#8217;s prior program for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trtcle.com\/\">TRT CLE<\/a> in January titled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trtcle.com\/teleconferences-cle\/ak\/5555\/children-with-disabilities-and-special-education-law\">Children with Disabilities and Special Education Law,<\/a>&#8221; is available now, as a 24\/7 download. (2.0 CLE credits) Later, the August 22 training will be available to download. The cost of each training session is $99.00.
