District of Columbia<\/em>, (D.D.C., Civ. No. 05-1437). This is the latest in a series of federal court decisions that found serious deficiencies in the District of Columbia\u2019s special education programs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 1px solid black; margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px; float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wrightslaw.com\/blog\/images\/judge.lamberth.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"100\" \/>Judge Royce C.
