As we noted, &#8220;The article is a personal statement by Jess and reflects her views.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, July 17 2010, Jess sent this email about her article: &#8220;A few days ago, I sent out a message about the Senate bill about restraint and seclusion.
