You should have also measured and documented your child&#8217;s progress toward these goals.<\/p>\n<p>Wrightslaw 2019 Summer School is a self-study short course to help you increase your knowledge and improve your skills for Transition Planning.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-24621\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wrightslaw.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/teens.at_.school.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"543\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Transition services<\/strong> must be included in the IEP that is in effect when your child turns 16 &#8211; but the IEP team can plan earlier if appropriate.
