(<strong>Note:<\/strong> This is a later end time than previous years). Topics we expect to be included* are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The School-to-Prison Pipeline<\/li>\n<li>New Legal Developments in 2018 &amp; 2019 \u2013 Pete &amp; Pam Wright<\/li>\n<li>Addressing Behavior in School and Manifestation Determination Hearings \u2013 Bill Reichhardt<\/li>\n<li>The Impact of Restraint and Seclusion \u2013 Cheryl Poe<\/li>\n<li>Systemic Change through Class Actions and State Complaints \u2013 Jaime Vazquez-Bernier and Cheryl Poe<\/li>\n<li>Critical Decision-Making in Client and Case Selection \u2013 Catherine Michael<\/li>\n<li>Ethics for Attorneys &amp; Advocates \u2013 RoseAnn Duplan<\/li>\n<li>Advocating for Children Who Are Homeless or in Foster Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Sessions are subject to change and we are awaiting confirmation from those speakers not listed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrightslaw.com\/speak\/19.07.va.wm.htm#alumtrack\"><span style=\"color: #0066cc;\">https:\/\/www.wrightslaw.com\/speak\/19.07.va.wm.htm#alumtrack<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The cost to attend the Alumni Track is $525. Alumni will receive a Certificate in Special Education Advocacy from William &amp; Mary Law School. The $134\/$159 rate will be honored 3 days prior to\/after the block.
