She has been evaluated by the school and an outside source and has been found to have a reading level of a kindergarten student at best. I asked the school to place her in an after school reading program and they have refused. They have stated that because of her excessive tardies and absences they feel that she hasn&#8217;t been able to learn. How do I go about getting her services?
