We live in Oregon and the child already has an aide, and has about 30 restraints against so far. The family of this student is very litigious and I fear the district is not program reviewing him into a more appropriate placement. He already has an FBA and a BSP. My child misses 30 minutes &#8211; one hour of classroom time due to this child&#8217;s behaviors. Is there anything I can do? I am not saying this child shouldn&#8217;t get an education but I know of a far better program that would fit his needs and keep the rest of the kids in that class and my child safe and continue to have uninterrupted services.
