He has an IEP for EBD and is LD in math. He was in an accident and missed 11 days of school under a doctors care. He will be unable to finish his semester course work in time due to the 11 days he missed. He does receive educational services during the day. His school has recently let me know they will extend his semester so he came finish. My issue is that the extension that has been offered is over his Christmas break.
