Last year the school did not provide the accommodations listed in the IEP, and our son failed all of his classes and received no credits for graduation as a result of the lack of accommodations. We filed a compliant with the state IDEA, and they also found the school was non compliant. As part of the corrective actions, the school must create a graduation plan and submit this plan and meeting records to the state. I don&#8217;t want to attend this meeting without any ideas, or references. (previous cases or examples would be ideal).
