At home he is a typical 5 year old boy as well as when he is getting 1 on 1 attention. He has attended 2 years of ECSE in which the last year the teacher claims he had no behavioral or emotional issues and he could be mainstreamed into a normal classroom with no assistance. Jokes on Pre-k teacher as he is exhibiting plenty of behavioral issues and support in the classroom. Now the school wants to move him to a Emotional Impaired Classroom in another school district rather than providing him services at the home school which has MICI and ASD classrooms. We want him to stay at current school as he needs routine, consistency, familiarity as a major change will cause behavior issues.
