My child has Autism and has an IEP that address his specific behavioral and academic needs. The current IEP is from the first online based school and the second online based school wants to change my son&#8217;s IEP. However, since the transfer, the new school has not implemented any of my child&#8217;s current IEP supports. Is this legal, ethical or otherwise?
