I agreed to pay out of pocket, put it through my insurance and then the district agreed to pay me whatever the insurance didn&#8217;t cover. This is what is exactly stated on 504- &#8220;Cost of OT not covered by insurance will reimbursed after claim submitted and EOB received. I submitted and the insurance covered nothing.
