She was only there TWO weeks and were having a conference that they wanted to retain her. At this time they also said they would work with her. This is were the problem started. She was left to exist in this classroom and when we ask for conferences we were meet with resistance. I kept a paper trail on how not of her work was being checked and there was always excuses.
