We have asked for copies of their notes, but have been told by the clinic, the school has the notes. We have asked the school and have been told those are clinic and not documents of the school and the notes are in the quarterly progress reports. We only get one sentence in the progress report. Nothing provided is S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely).
