I would like for him to remain in school past 18 years in order for him to have a chance to mature prior to entering a post graduate program at college. The school is saying that they feel that that if he has his requirements (which he will) he will need to graduate and cannot return to school until he reaches 21. If we choose to have him stay in school after 18, he will not be allowed to walk the stage with the rest of his class. I just would like some clarification as to what the law states.
