Everyone benefits from a break.<br \/>\n2. Recess increases on-task time.<br \/>\n3. Children need outside light.<br \/>\n4. Unstructured physical play reduces stress.<br \/>\n5. Children need to learn to be social creatures.<br \/>\n6. Our children\u2019s health is at risk.<br \/>\n7.
