I didn&#8217;t get to see a copy of the contract between the psychologist and school district. However, the psychologist verbally agreed to come to an IEP meeting to explain and finalize his report. After the school district paid him $3,500, he vanished. I talked to his secretary and she said that the contract did not include his actual attendance at an IEP team meeting, only his &#8220;participation.&#8221; The school said they can&#8217;t reach him, and now neither can I.
