There are some students in my school that are still being referred to be evaluated by the School Psychologist. The administrators wanted these students to be pulled out into a resource setting to receive testing accommodations even though they are not qualified to receive special education services. I know this is not right so I would like to know what I can do and what specific regulation would they be violating by doing this.
