She described her grandson as having mild Autism and Asperger&#8217;s Syndrome. He is 15 years old and has been suspended for behavioral issues.The family feels he is not being provided the educational placement he needs to make educational progress. The school system claims because he is 15 they can put him out of school and not provide for his education.
