The district responded to us by sending us a \u201cSample IEP\u201d we could have if agreed to send our child to the school that they offered for placement. This \u201cSample IEP\u201d does not reflect the IEP developed over the 5 meetings with the IEP team. I had never heard of a \u201cSample IEP\u201d and it was presented as a take-it-or-leave-it option. Is this legal?
