From the beginning of school he has received \u201cFs\u201d in one particular teachers class on his progress reports. He is in 5th grade. His teacher is not providing the accommodations listed in his IEP. She even made the statement of if he would study he would do much better. Well he does study!. I have gone to the principal but everyone in the building is scared of the teacher because she is the School Superintendents wife.
