IDEA and RTI<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Based on your question, I suspect you are quite new to this field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start with the Basics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IDEA. Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a child with special needs, per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrightslaw.com\/idea\/index.htm\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">IDEA<\/span><\/a>, the school district is supposed to evaluate your child.<\/p>\n<p>RTI.
