He repeatedly arrives home with torn clothes and in January was taken to the emergency room with a broken finger.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The boy&#8217;s father said he was told everything at school was &#8220;going well, &#8221; however, while they were at the emergency room the teacher had no explanation about how the injury occurred.
