Leisa: If a parent requests an ARD meeting, at the end of a school year and it’s not the annual ARD, is there a timeline for the school to respond and hold that meeting?
State rules say school days, so a school can say that the meeting will be at the beginning of the school year, or they can agree to do it sooner. They can also say in writing that they do not feel that a meeting is not needed.
