What about timelines for initial evaluations? I’m assuming those would pause as testing requires face to face contact which is not available when schools are closed.
I am also curious if parent statement “This letter serves as my request and consent for a multi-factored evaluation of my child” is binding prior to covering any procedural safeguards in general & specifically during state-wide work from home/shelter in place orders.
