I’m wondering if there is a paraprofessional to IEP student ratio in a general education classroom. If multiple student’s IEPs request a classroom assistant, is there a limit on how many students one paraprofessional can service?
Review FAPE. I am certainly not an attorney. However, Special Education Law was founded under federal law. Even where school districts receive waivers for class size, most districts know not interfere with federal policy.
