Broken Link Page

Sorry - It seems that you've either arrived here by error, or the page you are looking for has been removed. Perhaps you are looking for a page that has been moved during improvements to our website.

Note: April 1, 2023 - We are making significant revisions to our website and our online store. If you arrived at this page while visiting our store, then the item you are seeking has been removed from the store and a description is not available. We are replacing some of the training modules, videos, with new, more current versions to be compatible with our new Third Edition of the Law Book. As a part of the store restructuring, the special discount programs for students and the military have also been removed.

If you arrived at this page while trying to read the most recent issue of The Special Ed Advocate newsletter, we apologize. Please click this link to our main page, scroll down several lines until you see the word "Newsletter" in red. That link will take you to the most recent issue of The Special Ed Advocate newsletter.

We have deleted all links to the old special ed law, IDEA 97, since it has been replaced by IDEA 2004. If the prior page that took you to this page referenced the old law, please let us know the specific URL of that page so that we can correct it. Instead of reading about old law, go to our IDEA 2004 page which has the statute, the regs, and much more. The URL is:

https://www.wrightslaw.com/idea/index.htm

One specific page that relates to the old, now discontinued by the Feds, is Appendix A in IDEA 97. You will want to read the current Commentary, which is linked at the above index page.

If you can tell us the name of page or the URL of the page in which you found this bad link and your email address we can fix the problem and let you know when it is working or its status. You can use your back key and copy and paste the URL of the page where the bad link is in an email to brokenlink | at | wrightslaw.com. Note: Replace the |at| with @. In the subject link of the email please put the works BROKEN LINK in all CAPS. If the URL ends with .html, instead of .htm, you might want to delete the last letter, the "L" and try it again. If you see a 20%, which represents a space, delete those letters and try again.

Our onsite Google search engine is very powerful and if you try that you may find the correct link. If you arrived at this page from another website, other than wrightslaw, evidently they have the wrong URL. Please let us and them know about the error.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this matter.
