"I wanted to comment on the email newsletter issue which discussed volunteer opportunities. A perfect opportunity for people to utilize their educational advocacy skills is to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) or Guardian Ad Litem (GAL). In some cases, the CASA or GAL holds the educational rights for the child in foster care."
