2. Countdown! Wrightslaw: Special Education Law, 2nd Edition Available Soon!

So many folks are writing and calling to ask when Wrightslaw: Special Education Law, 2nd edition
(ISBN: 978-1-892320-16-2) will be available that we decided it was time for a progress report.

What Remains to Be Done

We expect to finish the book today or tomorrow.

We will send the manuscript to the book designer who will create the interior design and do page layout. She designed the bright, bold cover (above). She estimates that page layout will take 2-3 weeks. She will send chapters to us for final corrections.

When the designer completes her work, the book goes to the printer. The printing and binding process usually take 4-5 weeks, but may take a little longer since this is a new book.

Click here to learn more about Wrightslaw: Special Education Law, 2nd Edition, read our progress report - and see the bright new cover!

Pre-Publication Offer

When we send a new book to the printer, we send an Alert to subscribers to The Special Ed Advocate, our free online newsletter. This Alert will include a special prepublication offer - you can place an advance order and receive the book as soon as it is available. (Subscribe)

Assuming no more unforeseen delays, we expect Wrightslaw: Special Education Law, 2nd edition to be available in late 2006. Click here for more information about Wrightslaw: Special Education Law, 2nd Edition - and a daily progress report.
