Alert - Join Pete and Pam Wright in Troy, Michigan for a Special Education Legal & Advocacy Program!

Pete and Pam will do a full day of special education legal and advocacy training in Troy, Michigan on Saturday, February 28, 2004 . The program will focus on four areas; special education law, rights and responsibilities; tests and measurements to measure progress & regression; SMART IEPs; and an introduction to tactics & strategies for effective advocacy.

Registration Information

You can register online or download a mail-in registration form.

Fees: ASA Member: $70; General Registration: $85 (an optional light luncheon is $10 in the MSU Center Dining Room)

6 CLE credits have been approved by Indiana & Ohio.

This conference has been approved for .5 SB-CEUs (State Board Continuing Education Units), the maximum 5 contact hour credit.

You will receive two books - Wrightslaw: Special Education Law and Wrightslaw: From Emotions to Advocacy (value: $59.90) and a copy of the Illinois Special Education rules. Books may not be available to last minute registrations and walk-ins. Wrightslaw: No Child Left Behind may be available at the conference.
