Spring Schedule -
Wrightslaw Advocacy Training in Six States

In February and March, Pete and Pam Wright conducted special education legal advocacy training programs in Lincoln, Nebraska; Cleveland, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; and Columbus Ohio.

On April 5 and 6, Pro-Parents of South Carolina brought us to Columbia, SC for a two-day Boot Camp.

The Montgomery County Learning Disabilities Association and Maryland LDAA chapters arranged for us to do an advocacy training program in Maryland on April 13. This program sold out.

Pete & Pam Travel from Coast to Coast

Our spring schedule includes a two-day Advocacy Boot Camp in Minot, North Dakota on April 26-27. The program is sponsored by Pathfinder Services of North Dakota

In May, we travel to Oklahoma City for a full day of advocacy training on May 7.
Thanks to the Oklahoma Disability Law Center, parents of children with special education needs who preregister can attend this program at no change - and will get both Wrightslaw books.

On May 11, we go to Sacramento for an advocacy training program. Thanks to Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT), parents of children with special education needs who pre-register will get a full day of advocacy training and both Wrightslaw books.

Next, we travel to Chicago for the International Rett Syndrome Conference on May 25-27, 2002. Participants will receive several hours of advocacy training and Wrightslaw books.
